it's not done yet.. expect to see this case appealed to the appellate 
court for review...

Undoubtedly, the case has some teeth and the ADA was wrote to be a 
loose set of law to be interpretted based on changes...

personally, I think companies should have a choice to determine the 
financial interests in serving niche communities...

if Southwest doesn't like the blind they should ban them...  and if it 
costs more money to move that extra 200 pounds of fat you have, they 
should surcharge or send you to another airline that will acocmodate...

The concept that everyone must be accomodated by everyone is 
unrealistic.
