Anita's sister graduated last year in chem eng and is now a sound
engineer.
I helped a chem eng friend in college to create a distillation tower
using AutoCad, did not seem like fun ;-)

Not here. Number of students is declining steadily, just like any other 
engineering or science studies. More and more students want to go into 
management/marketing like studies. And of those students that get their 
degree, roughly 50% works in some other field after 3 years. Like IT :)
