Unfortunately, both sides resort to dirty tricks, aka the Philly flyer to poor neighborhoods with the wrong date and warnings to pay tickets, clear outstanding warrants etc and the Downstate Illinois flyer that said not to vote for George Ryan. George is the current Gov and not running due to a scandal when he was Sec State and Jim Ryan, not related, is the Republican contender.
