We're not, but we're a small dev house who hosts /mostly/ small-time stuff.
Of course, you don't have to repeat that to our clients :-).
We have a power cycler that will cold-start a machine if it does not respond
for 20 minutes. We also have alarms that go off on the iMac in the hall and
a system that pages those of us with cell phones (not me, thankfully) if a
server goes down.
