Just heard a sound-bite on CBS radio that a judge overturned the NY law prohibiting out-of-state wine shipments direct to NY state addresses. Judge said it was unconstitutional restraint of trade.
Law required shipments to go through NY-based wholesaler or distributor. Small winery sued, apparently won.
