Well, when it came to my two "closing issues" for signing up with them they
were great. Their response time does tend to vary depending on the severity
of the issue. I honestly think they've got one or maybe two guys managing a
couple of co-located servers somewhere else.

To be fair, they're a cheap host that's offering a lot for a little. It's
fine for me for a personal host but they don't really provide "jump-to"
support like some companies I've been with. 'course then again in the month
or so that I've been with them I also haven't noticed any downtime or other
server issues.

One thing they don't mention is what closed the sale for me. I run a telnet
BBS out of my house and I wanted a subdomain to point to it. I also did
*not* want to use their mail services. They set up the subdomains to route
to my IP at a DNS server level at no cost. They also say that they offer
unlimited subdomains, but I have yet to figure out how to get those set up.

The drive space is real... 2 Gb. Great for my daughter's website (all
pictures). The SQL Server databases are real, though I haven't done
anything with them. The two DSN's are great as well. One downside is the
fact that they don't show to offer a reseller's plan.

Overall I'd say they're at around a 6 out of 10. I've never seen a host be
a 10 out of 10 though. To break it down:
Support: 3 - They do answer on "ultra-low" issues if you prod them enough.
Features: 8 - Great disk space, good transfer for the $$, MS SQL Server
included, 2 DSN's, logs, etc. CF 5 & PHP & PERL.
Uptime: 10 - I've never seen the site down but I've only been with 'em
about a month.
Price: 9 - I was going to go for the annual and I'd end up paying $100
for the year, but we decided to go with the monthly for the moment.

Hope this helps!
Hatton
