lol! that's funny... though technically mules are not donkeys... reminds me of a story I heard about Rolls Royce... a British Rolls owner was travelling in Europe and his car broke down and he phoned the company and they said "I beg your pardon sir, but Rolls Royces do not break down!" And then they sent out a team of mechanics by helicopter and flew him where he needed to go and brought his car to him without charge.... It was like it had never happened!
