The owners son who was a partner was a royal asshole and so many times i had to keep from screaming at him for putting my wife into tears. And the thanks is to be laid off right before xmas. She thought it was because they didn't have enough $$ to pay but she talked with the owner and he said it wasn't that and it just wasn't working. By the end of their conversation he was apologizing for having to let her go, they also fired the secretary as well.
