Custom code all the way. I've got a DB of spam, spam IPs, spam domains, and spam
subject fragments (in RegEx). I'm catching almost all the spam sent my way and
when they come up with something new, I just add it in.
As the lists don't allow attachments, all viruses are removed before they get to
the lists. Viruses sent to personal mail boxes may get through if they alter the
delivery mechanism in some way but as it stands now, almost all are blocked.
Of course, I'm using iMS for my mail so doing it is a snap. :)
