She was buried deep in a prison.

But of course she had knowledge that the CTU needed.

So, of course, the President gave her a pardon.

So, of course, Jack has to work with her (and not kill her) and try to get the info
out of her.

So, of course, she has a plan to get away, and not tell them anything.

So, of course, Jack has a plan to thwart her plan and kill her anyway.

And the green grass grew all around.

Curses! That's what I get for not seeing the last few shows of the season.
Gotta remember to stop trying to have a life...

The short haired brunette I was talking about is the one who was the
protagonist's partner (at least I think she was, she was the person he
called when he got in trouble at the beginning of last season).

Looks sort of like Meg Ryan, only with dark hair. You're saying she killed
his wife? What is she still doing on the show, I would have assumed she
would stuck in some hole somewhere never to return.

Do you mean CTU (Counter Terrorism Unit), or the show CSI?

(I didn't see any of last year, so I am not sure)

>From what I can tell,
1. There was a short-haired brunette who turned traitor and killed Keifer's
wife.
2. There is a medium-length brunette who is second or third in charge who
may be a "good girl" working for the gov.
3. There was a long-haired brunette (Rosanne's younger daughter) who grew
into a computer whiz, but just died in an explosion caused partially by
brunette 1. above.

(How about a brunette joke? I used to work with a blonde who had a string of
them as self-defense.)

Why is a brunette different than a garbage can? The garbage can gets taken
out once a week. <CF_RIMSHOT>

What about the short-haired brunette who is working at CSI?

Is she a bad guy? She was one of the heroes last season...

Anyone want to provide a recap of events for those of us who are otherwise
occupied Tuesday nights?

The ads for the program make it look like almost everyone working for the
government is either:

A) A bad guy working for the government,
B) A government agent working undercover with the bad guys,
C) An advisor to the president who may or may not be working for the bad
guys,
D) A government agent who has been poisoned,
E) A bad guy, or
F) A badder bad guy

It's all rather confusing.
