us problems" -- they typically have some "reasonable use" policy, media
exclusion, or some other clause that lets them get around it.  Essentially,
most ISPs simply use the phrase to avoid having to do any closely controlled
bandwidth monitoring.

If they're giving you problems about it, the first step (as I see it) is
simply to ask them why they even brought it up, as you supposedly have an
unlimited pipe.  They may or may not give you the real answer, but at least
it will give you a starting point.

And while you are waiting for a reply, get out your contract (if you have a
local copy) and reread it.  If not, grab a snapshot of whatever is up on
their site.
