Interesting... I was over in Nor'n Ir'n a few years ago. 
I visited Belfast and enjoyed it a lot, especially the old part of town near
the university. I had a heck of a time finding a really good espresso to
feed my addiction but did find one nice spot. I figured there was a good
opportunity there to open a shop but I'm sure that Starbucks has swooped in
and grabbed that in the last 5 years since I was there. Maybe there aren't
any roasteries there yet...hmmm :-)
