I don't get it either.  I'd move to Britain in a heartbeat if I could 
afford it.  A cottage in Southwest England, with a huge garden.  The rest 
of my days spent rambling the countryside visiting all the places I've only 
been able to visit vicariously in my favorite books.  What a dream.
