If I had to rate years, I would have to say that 2002
was probably the most stressful for me:
My twin girls graduated from high school and moved
away to college (the "empty nest" stuff).
My 19 year old marriage marriage ended.
I had to move and make a new home for myself.
I was laid off, and had to learn completely new skill
sets to be marketable.

On the other hand:
I have two beautiful daughters who weathered the
changes in their family life beautifully, and are
successful college students.
My life is now FAR more peaceful and living alone is
not a bad thing.
As a result of being laid off, I've more in my resume
than just "CF Developer". Tho' I love being a CF
developer, I realize that in todays market having a
broader experience is necessary.

Looking forward to a more "mundane" 2003, but feeling
so blessed. Thankful for a group like this to ramble
to. Thanks to Michael and Judith for providing this
forum.

Wishing the best for you all in 2003.

Katie
