They didn't say it was "apparently an attack", they said it was "apparently 
set off by suicide bombers".  The word apparently is listed in the style 
guide as what to use when absolute confirmation of a story has not been 
received.  It is used much the same as the word alleged is used to describe 
a suspect who has not been convicted.  It has nothing to do with bias, and 
there are many stories out there with the words alleged or apparently have 
been applied when acts are attributed to the Israelis.

It is tragic that these bombers continue to kill innocents, but your anger 
would be better directed at the greed and politics behind the continued 
massacres than at the media for reporting it.

TEL AVIV (Reuters) - At least 15 people were killed and dozens wounded in 
Israel in two explosions apparently set off by suicide bombers in a crowded 
area of central Tel Aviv on Sunday, Israeli emergency services said.
