It's lots of fun. : ) We do kicks and punches, running, push-ups ... splits ... I describe it as a combination of aerobics, karate and tai chi. The goal isn't really to hurt anyone; it's to be able to defend yourself should you need to. I come out of a class energized and very positive.
In short, I'd give it two thumbs up. <g> Judith > yeah!!! go judith! go judith! > congrats! is it fun? > > ~~ > Stephenie > > -----Original Message----- > From: Judith Dinowitz [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Tuesday, January 07, 2003 11:54 AM > To: CF-Community > Subject: Pakua > > > So today I had my evaluation.
