It's lots of fun. : ) We do kicks and punches, running, push-ups ... splits ... I 
describe it as a combination of aerobics, karate and tai chi. The goal isn't really to 
hurt anyone; it's to be able to defend yourself should you need to. I come out of a 
class energized and very positive. 

In short, I'd give it two thumbs up. <g>
