Yes, *69 usually I think. You can also have the phone company block anonymous/unavailable numbers(they would show up that way if you had callerID), though I personally had to shut it off because the phone switch here at work resolves as anonymous at home. It's great for cutting down on telemarketing calls during dinner as most show as private/anonymous.
