Not neccessarly i had to bug the owner of the house for almost a year to get him to fix it. When they send AC dudes out to our house all he did was hold his little temp sensor to see what the temp was. Even after telling him dude FEEL that its just a trickle of air!! Finally i paid for someone to come out and check out the vents i had to specifically have him check them out.
