If an official does in fact participate in a lynching, then that official is doing something illegal. That issue is called corruption.
Now I'll agree that corruption is rife throughout the world but please don't say that because there is corruption or that the legal system was bypassed by a lynch mob, the us legal system condones lynch killings.
