A login form, posts to itself using a fuseaction (hidden field in the form). The index page only displays the login form (the default), even if you pass it a URL string. They are just having some configuration errors as this is not the first problem we have had with them, and we are moving the site, which worked on 3 other servers. It was live yesterday, now we move it to their servers, nothing works at all.
