I have the Programming Windows With C# book and throughout he gives
examples of how a particular thing would be done in C++, then in C#.
There are lots of little differences, and some big ones, but overall
it's pretty similar. C# is a lot more OO though. I think one of the
nicest things is that it compiles straight to and exe...no stupid
class files.

If I was offered C# training I'd jump at it...it's a great language.
