It's actually worse as I get emails every other day from CF programmers looking for work and hoping I have some leads. I've sent some of them to positions local to them, but there's only so much I can do. The market in NY is VERY dry. I wish there was something MM could do to stimulate the need for CF in the NY area. As is, they don't even have an office here or someone who covers NY only. They've got an eastern area rep, but that's it (unless something's changed without me knowing). It's very disheartening to hear friends talking about their deep need to work. :( The only reason I'm still going is on savings, but that's getting waaaaaay tight.
