Hey, if we listen to Robert "KKK" Byrd, we'll be letting the UN decide when we can take any military action. That loon actually brought a bill to floor that stated we should seek UN approval for any military action. That's a great idea! Let's let the French decide when we should take military action. We'd end up surrendering every time.
