Ah crap. Another crappy acronym: SODA which is encapsulated into the new
acronym: ISE

"The integrated development environment is already giving way to the
application development suite, which offers tighter integration and easier
software development in an end-to-end suite of tools that handles a project
from creation to deployment. In a recent report, Gartner has given a name to
this software; they call it the ISE, or integrated SODA environmentSODA
stands for service-oriented development of applications."

If "ISE" catches on, you just know that people are going to pronounce it
"ice". Why not just call it an App Dev Suite? Have I mentioned I hate
acronyms? Gah.
