I'll join you on that one - I never got my hard copy or a PDF copy at
all, and now that I complained and got my money back, I get a CFDJ PDF
copy as well as a JDJ PDF every month.

That's the second worst-run set of customer services I've ever seen
(behind Compaq - long story).

    So we go upstairs for our Friday morning bagel and grab our mail.

and behold there is an application from CFDJ for a Platinum credit card.
I
think this is our last straw with them.  I mean they constantly forget
to
send us our hard copy of the magazine, and the new format on the PDF is
almost unusable.  They are using subscriber emails and now mailing
information for marketing, I only wonder when they will begin to sell
their
subscriber lists (if they haven't already).
 
    Has anyone else run into this?  I am going to write them with my
displeasure, if anyone else is interested maybe we could start a
mini-petition to get them to improve their services.
