I'll join you on that one - I never got my hard copy or a PDF copy at all, and now that I complained and got my money back, I get a CFDJ PDF copy as well as a JDJ PDF every month.
That's the second worst-run set of customer services I've ever seen (behind Compaq - long story). They are using subscriber emails and now mailing information for marketing, I only wonder when they will begin to sell their subscriber lists (if they haven't already). Has anyone else run into this? I am going to write them with my displeasure, if anyone else is interested maybe we could start a mini-petition to get them to improve their services.
