Yes for cfform, No for the cfhtmlhead.
But some of the pages getting the header have neither one.

Subject: HTTP/1.0 200 OK, Server Microsoft

Hello,
Would anyone know why some users would have the header "HTTP/1.0 200 OK,
Server Microsoft etc..." showing up on the top of the web pages on the some
of the sites that we developed.
So far, for the feedback we get, only a very small percentage of
visitors are getting that header. Some users are using Windows 2000 with IE
6.0
The sites were developed with Coldfusion 4.5 and is hosted on a Windows
2000 server.

Your help on this will be appreciated.

Vincent...
