BenD- Thanks much for the encouragement. You & Will are almost the same age! I would hate to be just starting out again in this kind of economy. My wife says he has a "life decision" to make - ok, he loves cooking, but will it be a career for him? He's doing part-time classes at the local jc to be "with people" and to keep some future options open. -Ben
