It depends a bit on the situation.
If you're just friends, she's reminding you that you can have more than one
friend.
If you're more than friends, I'd take it as a bad sign.
Just because I'm paranoid, it doesn't mean she's out to dump me. :-\
Of course, it might be a combination of the two. "I love you, and have male
friends." Personally, I have no problem with that. I guess it depends on
how much you agree with Harry from "When Harry Met Sally". :-)
