It's very green. While the design is fairly clean, there are a few things I would change. I would not use green, personally. Some people like it, some don't. It gives me a headache to be honest. Also, that About Us icon should either be static, or make the rest of the icons animate on rollover as well. Little stuff like that drives me nuts. It also needs to be proofread, and the bit about "two important parties to be successful, developer and client" is so obvious that it should be nominated for some kind of award.
