I think you will need to hire a private detective. There are only two Vaskalis listed for the entire country and a few more in Public records, but no Carol or Joe. There are othere 780-9090s but not in 818. Have you tried just calling the number? in the 858 area code it is for campingpros.com and for 504 it is for Zea's Rotisserie (now known as Zea's Freedom Hut)
