Timothy,

Does Ghost use any of the "standard" data destruction algorithms (NAVSO, US
DoD, German VSITR, etc)? If not, there's probably a good chance of grabbing
the data off the drive, but it'll most likely require the use of forensics
software.

Ok,
So lets say there's this hard drive. An OS file gets corrupted, so we
ghost over the drive. Now it's a 40 gig drive, and the ghost was only like
9 gigs. Then we find out that there was 4 years of important archived data
on the drive that we just ghosted over. What are our options to attempt to
recover the data, and should we even bother to try?

TIA
