Too much sodium.  I hardly ever salt anything.  I own some salt, but have
never opened it.  :-)

Have you ever tried "lite salt"?  It's not bad.  It's half sodium chloride
and half potassium chloride.  I could never quite tell whether I was
slightly put off by it because I could taste a difference or because I knew
there was one.  Probably the latter because I generally didn't notice when
Mom cooked with it, only when it was used post cooking.  Anyway, the bonus
is that you get a boost in your potassium intake.
