Woo hoo, I just sold something on eBay Winning bidder is refusing to pay. He says he doesn't want the item.
Should I just go and report him as a non-paying bidder so I can then ask for a refund of my final value fee? Or should I offer the buyer the chance to pay me my listing fees to avoid the "mark" on his account?
