On the MS website, there are instructions for doing bulk inserts from IIS
logs into MS SQL server.  There's also a nice tool for doing SQL queries
directly on them via the CLI.  The first would make it pretty easy to do
reports via CF.  The second would make it possible, though it'd be a bit
roundabout.
