Brown mustard is certainly acceptable (and my preference for most things)
but I generally find it too heavy without some meat behind it. Although the
non-horseradish varieties (like Gulden's) would be OK if used sparingly.
Sorry. I'm one of those people who generally has at least 2 kinds of
mustard handy.
Mmm. Jewish rye with caraway seeds. Yeah, I didn't think something like a
pumpernickel would word too well. But something like that would be lovely.
Dammit, I just ate lunch and now I'm hungry again. Black beans with lots of
garlic and pepper, some cheese, and some ranch dressing if anyone cares.
Oi! And I'm drinking water. My body keeps trying to find the caffieine.
It's lonely without my old friend....
