Craig No, my position remains as declared. Scud missiles are a delivery platform, NOT a weapon of mass destruction. To clarify, I have no argument with the position that Saddam Hussein is a lying, terrible despot who needs removal. However the UN Charter explicitly forbids any member(s) for taking unsanctioned unilateral action against any other member or non-member state. This is my issue. This is why my position stays as declared.
