I may be missing the obvious here but do you mean motorcycle or motorized bicycle? If the latter there are many kits and components available out there. The simplest, but least effective, drive train is a friction motor, usually front mounted. More complex, but much smoother are actual hub motors - but these can run up to $400-$500 each depending on the voltage and power. However if you're REALLY handy I've heard of folks modifying ceiling fan motors for the job (but there's tourque problems to be overcome).
