I would start by writing the host/webmaster/whatever.

I really doubt that this is any sort of organized conspiracy.  My gut
says that somebody in a position of control over that server is
christian and considers this to be "good for the community".

They may very well accept sites from other religious groups (if they
don't that's a problem, if they do but none take advantage then it's
less of a problem).

But I almost gauruntee that you'll find this extends back a single
person...

In the end however if you feel strongly about it, pursue it.
