One of the great things about living in Iowa, is that I have gone and seen just about
every Democratic presidential candidate, met them, shook hands, listened to their
speeches. Right now all I hear is Bush did this, Bush did that, Bush wants to do
this...while that may energize the Democratic faithful, it's going to do nothing for
the swing voters who want substance not rhetoric. If the Democrats don't start
putting forward their own ideas and try to make themselves stand out it's gonna be
2002 all over again.
