I've found that biking is doing wonders for me (and now that the weather's finally breaking I can get back to it). I'm in the 315-320lb range - so I actually have trouble finding a bike that can hold me across Boston potholes. But it's great exercise, low-impact, and (for me) takes no time (since it take me just as long to take the subway to work as it does to bike the 6 miles: about 1/2 hour). My calves are like rocks - making carrying my bulk around that much easier... ;^) Jim Davis ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?forumid=5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?method=subscribe&forumid=5 Signup for the Fusion Authority news alert and keep up with the latest news in ColdFusion and related topics. http://www.fusionauthority.com/signup.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
