I'd like to see the paging and search box repeated at the bottom as well.

I hate scrolling back to the top and then navigating.

I am going to add the categories, and short titles over time, but this

C, I think its a great idea and I was kind of curious just reading them
thru
myself.  

I do agree its a bit confusing.  I think just a bit of organization
would go
a long long way.  I'd suggest categories (agegroups, problem types),
short
titles (you hve to read the whole thing to know if you want to read
it).
Also, a keyword search would do wonders.  Even better if it was a
verity
collection and you could do searches with and and or and not.

I think youre on the right track to an application that many peeople
will
find very useful.
