If you have your own server and highspeed connection, you can download
the developer version of FlashComm which will allow you to have up to 5
streams. 

You only need a copy of FlashMX to assemble the pre made application on
MM's sites.

not sure about netmeeting, but I'm guessing PalTalk would be a cheap
(but not free) choice. I know people who use it for virtual concerts...
