And what if when pulled over, she is asked to show her face to see if it
matches some description, are her civil rights violated? This is the most
asinine thing I have heard in a long time.

I can't believe this woman was allowed to take a driver's license photo with
a veil in the first place.  Additionally, if she wants to take the photo
veiled, does that mean she'll be driving veiled too.  Isn't that just a tad
