The problem is that Word stores images in BMP format, regardless of their original source format. Any attempt to output them to Acrobat is going to result in Acrobat changing them into a vector-graphics solution, which is messy.
The solution is to get another product to output the PDFs. Illustrator and InDesign work nicely, I like Pagemaker but it has issues, and Quark is a very capable product. When I print to Acrobat PDFwriter or Distiller the output of the graphics within the PDF file look like crap. I've saved the file as scree, print and press increasing the output resulolution without any success. What can I do to have better resolution graphics in my PDF? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?forumid=5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?method=subscribe&forumid=5 This list and all House of Fusion resources hosted by CFHosting.com.
