There are many more people are reading the posts than responding though... While I've never really taken the CFDJ awards seriously, and I have no clue who Robert Diamond (the editor of CFDJ apparently) is. So I have no reason to trust them. I do know Mike Randolph though, at least by reputation. Honestly I don't care enough about the whole issue to read every post, but for the reasons above I will view the awards a bit more cynically in the future.
Maybe my opinion reflects that of the silent majority...maybe not.
