Announcing the new Microsoft BAT -- Better Athelete Technology. With new
improvements over aging standards, this new equipment will allow players to
outperform every other Athelete Technology out there. According to a
Microsoft representative, "BSD (Baseball Sytems Driver) is no longer even in
the same ballpark. BAT is in a league of its own."

Detractors point out that the MS BAT system violates several existing
standards and protocols, and market saturation would lead to unfair
advantage over those competitors using these "tried and true methods,"
according to Baseball Commissioner Richard Stallman. Microsoft's press
department has pointed out that BAT interfaces correctly with all existing
baseballs, and refused further comment.
