Nearly exactly what I'm looking for, definitely saves me a lot of time
trying to build it from scratch.  I don't actually want a selected item to
be removed from the first list, just added or removed from the second, but
that should be a simple modification.

It would have been a long long long time before I would have called that a
"Menu Swapper" in a search!
