I've been asked by our new training department to come up with some docs for new manuals we are writing for internal use. Does anyone know of any sites were I can get a good, basic explination of CF? I'm not wanting to copy it word for word, just need something as a reference. I've been doing CF for 3 years now and it's hard to make myself forget I know quite a bit about it. I need to write this from the viewpoint of someone who has no idea what CF is. They don't need to be experts, just enough to know when the support issue should be passed on to T2 support.
