  If you are a single person, then it is an hour or so at a lawyers office 
and a couple hundred dollars.  If there is gonna be more than one of you, 
plan for more money and more time.

  Building a brand name, developing a product, or service, marketing, etc.. 
etc.. etc..  are all extra.

  I do.  I use cfdynamics.  ~$50 a month for development.  To my knowledge 
they only use CF Professional, not Enterprise.  I can't say I've been happy 
with the service.  They used to be knowledgeable and responsive.  They have 
gone progressively down hill over the past 2 years.
