Depends on what you need. Mozilla is the 600 pound gorilla with build-in email client, 
WYSIWYG HTML editor, IRC client, and a ton of other features.
Firebird is just a browser. It uses the same rendering engine as Mozilla, but all the 
extra features have been dropped for speed.

Personally, I use Firebird. With Checky (http://checky.mozdev.org/), LiveHTTPHeaders 
(http://livehttpheaders.mozdev.org/) and the pnhtoolbar 
(http://placenamehere.com/pnhtoolbar/) it makes an awfull web development tool.
